In fact it better 'fills out' my very thin wrists, thus my 'arm visual' look more, ummm, 'normal' instead of girly-thin. Agree with others, please find a way to try one on and see for yourself is your best bet.

44mm Luminor with the Bettarini case or a 45mm Radiomir should wear perfect on a 7 inch wrist. Here is my 1086 on my 7 inch wrist. I like the 1086 because it is only 13.05mm .I visited a Pam AD last month and really really liked some of the pieces. However, didnt get enough time to 'demo' it on my miserable 7" flat wrist. AD is like 2.5 .

The size guide is helpful, but this photoseries also shows how important it is for a watch to have a balanzed bezel/dial width, relative to the arm. E.g. the timex - the case vs. dial is almost perfect for the wrist. Same for the Panerai.

Correlation between your wrist and the size of the watch. Convert wrist size into mm. Divide total wrist size in mm by the size of the watch (ex. 7 inch wrist and a 38 mm watch = 178mm divided by 38mm= Ratio of 4.7) An acceptable ratio falls between 4.0 and 5.0. Yes is the answer, 44mm on a 7" wrist is unlikely to be a problem unless your wrist is very rounded, 'flat topped' will allow it to wear more comfortably. I've no pictures myself as I wear 47mm on a 7.6" wrist
